In the Food Technology department we teach a wide range of subjects including GCSE Catering, GCSE Food and Nutrition, A level Food Technology and Key Stage 3 Food Technology.
Our dedicated team are passionate about food and the issues affecting the students and the world they are growing up in. We seek to encourage and inspire the students by demonstrating our enthusiasm for the subject, as we teach and demonstrate the skills they will need and use both in school, and in their future lives. We aim to educate the students in a way that enables them to make good decisions about the foods they eat, and give them the ability to create and cook those dishes that meet their needs.
