In the department we have 4 food teachers:

Haydon Biddle - Curriculum Leader
Mr Biddle primarily teaches GCSE Catering and also delivers the A level curriculum

Jo Layton - Key Stage 3 and GCSE
Miss Layton is a part time member of staff and teaches a variety of food subjects

Ela Polson - Key Stage 3 co-ordinator and responsible for GCSE Food and Nutrition

Nick Powley - Key Stage 3 and GCSE
