Homework

Students are set homework, and are given additional tasks, research or reading for example to enhance students learning.  Useful links to websites and other resources and can be viewed on the College VLE, in the Dance Library.

Key Stage 3 are set some homework during lessons and are expected to recap and remember material between lessons.  Further activities are available on the VLE for each module.

BTEC and GCSE students are set homework on a weekly basis whether practical or theory and further tasks are suggested to support this.

AS/A2 requires students to complete approximately 4 hours of out of class study.  Students will be given set tasks usually twice a week.  Additional tasks are available on the VLE.

Parents/guardians can contact their son/daughter's dance teacher at the college if they require further advice/guidance.
