AS and A2 Coursework Display 2009

For GCE A level and AS level, students undertake a design project.

The students work to a design brief, and research their product and its market thoroughly.  They explore a range of ideas, techniques and materials before settling on one product to build from scratch.

This year's work includes items made from recycled materials including:

• a chair made out of a shopping trolley and recycled denim (pictured right)
• glass-topped coffee tables using car parts
• a lamp made of recycled drinks cans
