Drama teacher to star in Cornish production
Mr Jonathon Plunkett will star at venues throughout Cornwall, in Hookline Theatre's "The Riot" by Nick Darke.
Directed by Harry Forbes-Pearce and Theresa Forbes-Pearce and starring our very own Jonathon Plunkett as Bolitho, "The Riot" will be coming to Callington Community College on Thursday 25th February 2010.
"Newlyn. Sunday night. 1896. Fishermen demonstrate violently against the Sunday fishing fleet from Lowestoft . There's hell up down the ‘arbour and there's bloodshed in the kitchen. Bolitho wants his chutney, Mother's always friskee, The Women want their baccy, Billy wants a lady, and Harriet wants Revenge. I Predict ‘The Riot'."
