The show was a theatrical performance centred around the key ideas from Key Stage 3 Science, covering topics from electricity to bacteria. It addressed some common misconceptions and tried to answer the big questions addressed in lessons.
The first half was more about problem solving and introduced some important scientific ideas. Following the interval there was a very impressive 3D section with all sorts of things flying into the audience!
For those not familiar with the popular books, "Horrible Science" is described as Science with the squishy bits left in!
Rebecca, Year 7: "I really enjoyed the show, the 3D bits were very realistic and exciting"
Louie, Year 7: "It was a very good performance, especially the dancing germs!"
