Callington Community Group raised over £125 for Breast Cancer Care

Callington Library and the "Knit and Natter" Group held a hugely successful Strawberry Tea fundraising event for Breast Cancer Care on Tuesday 5th July 2011. The community came out in support of the event and indulged in cakes, cream teas and crafts.

The group said:

"A huge thank you goes out to the generosity of all the people who donated items and also those that came along and showed their support for Breast Cancer Care. After this year's success we're already thinking what we can do next year and hope everyone will be able to come along and enjoy all the strawberry treats once again!"
