Film Club

The College now runs a fortnightly Film Club

The Film Club was set up in October 2009 and has shown a variety of films so far including ‘Slum Dog Millionaire', ‘Freedom Fighters' and ‘Son of Rambow'.   This is a National Programme set up to promote film literacy.   It is open to all age groups.

Members have access to the Film Club's National website with opportunities for students to get involved in National competitions and review writing.  Members can logon to the Film Club site and have access to the Callington Community College area of the website where they can see what films are coming up, and leave their reviews of the films they have seen.

Film Club is very popular, and new members are always welcome.   The club is run by a team of teachers and the IB students.
